Beauty | Holy Moly Tony Moly

Hi blog friends!!

Happy Good Friday everyone! I hope you are all having a great start to your Easter festivities and are eating copious amounts of chocolate! Right now I'm visiting my mum up in Shropshire and have had the most relaxing, amazing week and I really don't want it to end! But tomorrow I'm heading back to Devon for one of my best friends birthdays which I am super excited about and obviously to see my dad and boyfriend!

I know I'm super late on the whole K Beauty trend, but I have been lusting over so many skincare items on Cult Beauty I just had to bite the bullet and purchase them haha!
Everything I got is from the brand Tony Moly and I have heard such amazing things about this particular brand I thought it would be a good place to start.

Peach Lip Balm £8:

This cute little peach is not edible even though it looks it and smells it! The smell is absolutely beautiful and not artificial at all, it is the perfect size for your handbag and/or make up bag. I can't wait to try this one out and see if it sorts out my cracked lips!

Apple Hand Cream £10:

When we used to live at our old house we had apple trees at the bottom of our garden and this hand cream smells exactly like those apple trees, so earthy and beautiful it doesn't smell fake at all! This product kept my hands hydrated all day although the smell faded fairly quickly I can't fault the actual product at all, the cream is so thick and luxurious! Plus that packaging is just perfect.

Choco Mushroom Cream Pore Pack £16:

This looks exactly like a mushroom I literally can't! This is a thick face mask that rids you of large pores and blackheads and what better way to do that to smother chocolate all your face! The smell is beautiful a true chocolate smell. I can't wait to use this one out as my skin is really bad at the moment for large pores (products that help with pores is a running theme though out this haul haha).

Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm £18.50:

Another pore product, this one is a pore smoothing/blurring primer to be used before your make up, and boy does this product work. I have only used it once but I can just tell this is my new favourite primer. It is very silky on the skin and not tacky at all. My foundation glided over it very smoothly and left a very smooth, almost photoshopped finish.

I'm Real Sheet Face Masks £6 each:

Red Wine Pore Care Sheet Mask: Again another pore care item haha! I have heard amazing things about these face masks so I'm really looking forward to trying this one out. I love sheet masks even if you do look incredibly scary! This specific one 'purifies, refines and ‘tightens’ for a flawless and seemingly poreless complexion'

Rice Clear Skin Sheet Mask:One of my biggest gripes with my skin is my acne and acne scars I have, so I'm always looking for products that help clear up skin so as soon as I saw this I just knew I had to purchase it, I really hoping this one works because if it does it might be one to repurchase.

So there we have it my first ever K Beauty haul. I am really keen to try out some more so leave any products or brands you like in the comments and I will check them out!

Lots of love

Yes that's right I'm hitting you with 2 Disney posts in 2 days and I am okay with this fact. Disney | My Disney Confessions

Hi blog friends!!

I have seen a lot of other Disney bloggers doing these posts and I just couldn't help myself! I'm not sure how shocking these will be but some of them surprised me when I really thought about it! So here are 10 of my Disney confessions:

1. I love Snow White! I think she gets such a hard time as far as princesses go because she has an annoying voice, but I mean she is 14 so you can't blame her but I think she's really cool!

2. I seem to be one of the only people who LOVE Soarin! I swear I only ever see people hating it or saying it's boring, it's one of the best rides at WDW in my opinion

3. I listen to the Magic on Parade music in bedroom and cry haha!

4. I HATE Peter Pans Flight sorry not sorry, the queue is always like a billion years long and I just don't understand why people love it so much!

5. My least favourite film is Bambi and my least favourite Princess film is The Little Mermaid

6. I have never eaten anything Mickey shaped

7. I am so annoyed that Disney bought Star Wars

8. I had never watched The Rescuers till a few weeks ago! (I loved it)

9. I love DLP I really do, but I would rather save my money and go to WDW! The weather is nicer, there's more to do and it seems more special

10. Finally, meeting Goofy terrifies me because he is so tall, I nearly started crying the last (and only) time I met him! Goofy literally gives me anxiety haha!!

So there they are, my Disney confessions in all their glory! To be honest I don't think they are that bad, I have seen some pretty controversial ones (in my opinion haha) but hey we're all different and like/dislike different things!
I actually had a lot of fun writing this so maybe there will be a part 2 at some point, who knows!
What are your Disney confessions?!

Lifestyle | My Current Top 5

Hi blog friends!!

I can't believe it's nine days in to March and I have only blogged once, not cool! But *the age old excuse* uni has been very demanding and keeping up with the work load is a challenge in itself!

Instead of doing a February favourites post for last month, because honestly I didn't really try anything different or new so I thought I would talk about my current top 5 obsessions from all kinds of categories!

My current favourite snack:

Right now I cannot get enough of the Meiji Hello Panda biscuits, they are little panda head shaped biscuits that are filled with a chocolate filling and they are literally they tastiest things in the world! The most amazing thing about these is that you can buy them from Poundland for a pack of 4! I KNOW RIGHT! Seriously if you haven't tried these go get some, I know that they also sell these in Selfridges and they also do an assorted pack which I am seriously considering buying haha!

My current favourite skin care product:

I have been absolutely LOVING the Soap & Glory skin care range at the moment (and I'm thinking of doing a whole post on it soon!) all their products have worked SO well on my skin and I am so happy I have found it! My favourite at the moment is The Fab Pore Moisture Lotion. I use this just before my normal moisturiser and it smooths out any lines or big pores you may have, it is seriously such an amazing product! It is a green/blue colour and smells like mint so it is really refreshing to use in the morning.

My current favourite hair care product:

I have always wanted to try something from OGX because I have always heard great things, but I have never seemed to pick anything up. Recently my hair has been feeling so dry and frizzy at the ends which has caused lots of split ends and some very knotty locks! I always hear good things about hair oils so wanted to try one out, I ended up grabbing this OGX Vitamin E Penetrating Oil and oh my gosh am I glad I did, first off it smells amazing but it has made my hair so sleek and smooth and sorted out all that frizz. My hair finally feels more hydrated and I totally put it down to this!

My current favourite make up product:

This might not come as a surprise as I have spoken about this product with great admiration before, but this is the Nars blush in Deep Throat. This is the most gorgeous peachy/pink shade I have ever tried. Not only is the product so incredibly amazing but I adore the packaging as well. Everything about Nars is stunning and I am definitely going to be trying out a few more things from them soon!

My current favourite song:

When I first heard this song, I was like what is this I hate it but then after about a minute into the song I was like HELL YEH I LOVE THIS SONG haha! The song in question is Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Dance Off featuring Idris Elba and Anderson Paak. I love Macklemore & Ryan Lewis so I am super happy they are back with a new album. I think I have listened to this song about 500 times in the past few days, I seriously can't get enough and the fact that Idris Elba is in the song is just, well heaven haha!

What are your current obsessions?

Beauty | What's In My Travel Make Up Bag

Hi blog friends!!

Happy March (how has this happened)! Over the past few days I have been getting back into the swing of uni/dissertation work which has kept me pre-occupied and honestly I cannot wait till it's over and I can have more time to blog!

A few weeks ago I went back home to Devon for just under a week for some relaxation time before everything with uni starts getting really busy and I had real trouble packing my make up, not because I have tons and it's hard to choose but I always end up taking about 10 lipsticks with me for 4 days for no reason but with the justification of 'just in case', but this time I only took the essentials and thought I would share with you what is in my travel make up bag!
I am so nosey and LOVE reading these type of posts or watching them on Youtube and it always makes me want ALL the products!!
This excludes the brushes I took because I took a separate case for them haha (plus my make up bag is too small to fit them in)!

Base:

For my base I kept it simple and just took primers, foundation, concealer and setting powder.
Firstly primers I took the Urban Decay Eye Potion primer which is pretty self explanatory, then I took the L'Oreal Infallible primer and I love it, it makes my skin feel so silky and it actually works!
Nothing new in terms of foundation, I just took my all time fave Double Wear.
For concealer I opted for this Miss Sporty one instead of my Nars one because I am running out of my Nars one and want to keep that for special occasions, but this Miss Sporty one does the job perfectly and *UNPOPULAR OPINION COMING UP* I think this is better than the Collection concealer (please don't shoot me beauty blogger community haha).
Then my setting powder is just Mac's Studio Fix.

Urban Decay Eye Potion primer £16
L'Oreal Infallible primer £7.99
Estee Lauder Double Wear £30
Miss Sporty Concealer £2.99
Mac Studio Fix £22

Eyes:

Again sticking with the simple theme I just took my all time favourite brow duo which is the Benefit Browzings powder, as I never use anything else on my brows for me this is holy grail stuff!
For eye shadows I just took the Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 palette, this is absolutely perfect for travel because of the size and the range of neutral colours which is what I tend to go for on a daily basis, my favourites in this little palette are Stark, Cover and Primal.
Lastly mascara is the Full Fat Lashes from Charlotte Tilbury and again this is holy grail for me, you can wear a light coating for the day time and really amp it up at night so it is fantastic at any time, very highly recommend!

Benefit Browzings £24.50
Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 £23
Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes mascara £22

Cheeks:

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this Nars blush in the shade Deep Throat (why Nars WHY). It is the most gorgeous peachy pink colour and blends like an absolute dream, seriously recommend this and it is the perfect colour for spring to give you that flushed look.
For highlight I am loving the Radiant Touch cream highlight from Kiko, again it blends like a dream and leaves the most stunning highlight and it lasts all day!

Nars Blush £23
Kiko Radiant Touch highlight £8.50

Lips:

For lip liner I chose Charlotte Tilbury's Lip Cheat in Pink Venus which literally goes with any pink or nude lipstick, which is usually what I tend to wear so it is very versatile!
For lipstick I took Mac's Please Me, which is my favourite colour at the moment, ever since spring time hit I have loved having a light pink lip, I think it looks so pretty and then I also took this light pink lip gloss from Barry M to put over the top, it isn't too sticky which is good and it smells like vanilla cupcakes (dreamy)!

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Liner £16
Mac Please Me £15.50
Barry M Lip Boss lip gloss £4.49

Setting Spray:

Lastly I always have with me my trusty Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray, because once you spray this, your make up will not budge, not even slightly, you will be in place ALL day (or night). I only have the little handbag version and it has lasted me so long so I totally recommend that size and it is a lot less expensive!

Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray £9

That is everything that is in my make up bag when I travel! I would recommend all these products, they are all travel friendly and fantastic quality! In case you're wondering my make up bag is from The Disney Store and I think it was around £7, but I don't think you can get it anymore (sorry).
What do you have in your travel make up bag!?

Lots of love
